Salt Branding is looking for a smart, experienced strategic thinker who can play multiple hybrid roles in a boutique brand consultancy with a wide range of Fortune 500 clients.
Ideally this will be 75% Brand Strategist and 25% Project Manager, with some added value thrown in. We're not a heavily execution-oriented agency, so the reality is that to do project management well at Salt, you have to be intimately involved in strategy creation. This role requires direct experience in brand positioning, architecture, business and consumer insights and purpose development.
In this role, you will be responsible for helping to drive high-impact work that solves client and customer challenges (the strategist role). You will also help manage engagements that span - and connect - both strategy & creative deliverables (the project management role).
This is a full-time position. Not contract.
